Important Disclaimer: Over the past few years we have had a increasing request to build clients sites in WordPress to allow them to easily make updates to their site through the easy to use WordPress editor. Although WordPress is awesome for the editor option, a WordPress site also comes with monthly maintenance on the plugins, version of WordPress running the site, theme running the site and PHP installed on the server just for starters.
If you are signed up for our basic hosting plan, you are 100% responsible for the WordPress maintenance on your own. If it is not done monthly it is not a matter of IF, it is a matter of WHEN your site will be hacked, injected with malware or simply break and not work anymore and most likely cannot be fixed resulting in a complete rebuild of your site at the original setup fee.
By approving these terms of service, you agree Internet Solutions cannot be held liable for anything that happens to your website if you are on our basic hosting plan.
Terms And Conditions:
1. Internet Solutions For Less does not charge for a website until a client is 100% satisfied with our work. Therefore, no refunds are awarded once the site has been uploaded live to the client’s domain name. No exceptions.
2. If you are not hosting with us, once the site is uploaded to your hosting account, edits and changes will be charged at the hourly rate of $35 as explained on our FAQ page. If you are hosting your site with us, then depending on your hosting package will depend on how much monthly maintenance you will receive. Maintenance time does not accrue monthly. If your website came with a content management system (i.e. WordPress, Mambo, Joomla) we will offer you support on only what we build for you per the setup price of your website. Any additional pages or content you build in after the site goes live, we do not offer support on, however if you have a need for support on these items, we will direct you to not only online tutorials but also online forums who will offer you the support you need.
3. We do not control the content of sites you link to.
4. We are not responsible for the renewal of your domain, your domain company will notify you and you will renew through them. The domain name is registered in your name, so you own it. This means that all communications about renewal will be sent to you, not us. We have no way to monitor expired domains (which will cause your site to become disabled), so please ensure your domain registration company has your correct email address on file.
5. Hosting plans are on a month to month basis, there are no long term contracts. Internet Solutions For Less uses Host Gator to host all client websites. Host Gator is an Industry Leader and offers 99.9% uptime, and has a 30 day money back guarantee. Your site will be on a top-of-the-line Dual Xeon server that can provide instant backups of your site. In the event of downtime that Host Gator may incur (.01% probability); Internet Solutions For Less will not be held liable.
6. In the event you wish to cancel your monthly hosting, you must email us 2 days prior to the day of the month you are normally billed on to not be charged for the next calendar month. We will then cancel the account from our end, disable your website and email and you will receive an email confirmation regarding cancellation. You can also manually cancel your hosting plan by logging into your Pay Pal account at anytime.
7. If Internet Solutions For Less built your website, a small link titled “Site by Internet Solutions For Less” will be placed at the bottom of your home page.
8. All of our designs are offered through a third party company and they do not offer refunds after the design has been purchased.
9. If your site has a back end control panel (i.e. Ecommerce website) and we give you access we are not responsible for any errors you cause to the site or panel. If you do cause an error we will need to charge you by the hour to fix whatever problems were caused.
10. With all of our packages, we do a one time submittal to all of the search engines that offer free submittals. We do not guarantee your placement in the search engines.
11. We are not responsible or liable for any content you post to your website. Further, we are not responsible for the licensing of images on your site. All images used on your site should have been purchased and licensed by you.
