What is your setup fee and what does it include?

Our average fee for a web site with up to 8 pages customized to your preference is a one-time fee of $499, unless we are running a special. Please contact us here to receive information on current website specials.

The one-time fee includes setting up your site and customizing the design you choose to your exact specifications. We will post your design on a temporary private link on the Internet that only you know about, and over the course of the next 7 – 10 business days, we will customize your web site to your specific needs. Once you give us approval, we then post your website live on your domain name.

We are so confident in our affordable web design process that we do not charge until you are 100% satisfied with your completed website. Most web design companies require a minimum of a 50% deposit without showing you any of their work, beware of these types of companies, they are famous for taking your deposit and not delivering.

Do you redesign existing web sites?

Yes we do. The technology on the Internet is constantly changing and you should expect to have your website redesigned every 3-5 years to adapt to the latest technologies. Although you are not tied to us when you need your site redesigned, you should not feel like you are tied to your current web designer when it comes time for updates, especially if you are unhappy with their service.

Currently Responsive web design is one of the newer technologies for building a web site. A Responsive website automatically adapts to whatever device is visiting the site. 50% of visitors nowadays visit from a mobile device and estimates are that this number will increase to 75% in the next 5 years. If you do not have a Responsive mobile enabled website, those visitors will leave and go to the next site (your competition). When you search in Google from a mobile device, Google now shows in the results which sites are Mobile-friendly. If your site does not show this label, potential visitors (and clients) will look right past your site.

What is the cost to get updates done on my site in the future?

This is dependent on which hosting plan you have with us, but if your hosting plan does not include maintenance or you host with another company updates will be charged at a rate of $45 per hour.

How much does each additional page cost?

We include up to 8 pages in our standard package, each additional page is $15 – $25 depending on how much content you need built into the page.

Do you provide hosting services?

Yes, we are a reseller for the top hosting company on the Internet called Hostgator. Our company has exclusively used Hostgator for over 10 years now and we have never seen a single second of downtime of our site or any of our clients’. Can I change hosting plans or cancel at any time?

Yes, all of our hosting plans are month to month agreements, we do not do long term contracts.

Am I tied to Internet Solutions For Less for site maintenance and updates?

No, once your web site is completed it belongs to you and you can hire anyone to update it for you. You simply would create a FTP account in your cPanel so another web designer can access the site in order to make edits.

What about Refunds?

With Internet Solutions For Less we are so confident in our services that we do not charge until the site is 100% complete to your satisfaction. However, once the site is uploaded and live on your domain, no refunds are awarded.

Can you help me with some ideas for the design of my website?

Yes, of course. If you are starting from scratch the best advice we can give you is to browse some of the popular design sites like Themeforest to get some ideas for your website design. We suggest you find 1-3 designs that are a close match to what you had envisioned for your site and we will schedule a call with you to walk through each of these designs in order to get a good understanding of what you like and do not like. Then we will take it from there by building you a custom solution on a private link only you have access to.

Are there additional costs?

Aside from the website setup and monthly hosting fee, the only other cost is for your domain name. A domain name averages about $12 – $20 yearly from some of the leading domain registration companies. You can simply register the domain and we will take care of all of the configurations with whatever company you purchase from in order to get your site live on your domain once the site is completed.

Is email support Included?

Each of our three hosting plans does include support for not only your website, but email support as well. We have a toll free number you can call 9 am – 6 pm daily. We also have after hours Live chat support you can access from any page of our site as well as 24/7 email support.
